UEM Essentials
This course covers the basics of mobile device management and offers insights into the current challenges of embracing enterprise mobility and how a UEM/MDM solution can help you solve such issues.
SureMDM Foundation
This is an entry-level course for both Sales & Technical Professionals to help them understand the basics of SureMDM. This includes important features and functionalities such as sign-up, console overview, device enrollment, and more. Successful completion signifies that you have the foundational skills needed to manage and monitor enterprise devices using SureMDM.
SureMDM Professional
This course will be unlocked only after successful completion of the previous course - SureMDM Foundation. This course covers the features and functionalities of SureMDM in-depth and is best suited for Technical Professionals. The course also includes information on the technical skills necessary for implementing SureMDM in specific customer use cases. Successful completion signifies that you are proficient at using SureMDM and supporting end customers for managing, monitoring, and securing business endpoints.
